Michelle has worked in the food industry for 20 years and has a passion for baking, managing and customer relations. Michelle is not only our general Manager but she is also a baker and a barista. She started with 2tarts Bakery in 2015 as a barista then a baker, she then was promoted to Production Manager and now is the General Manager. Michelle has a very easy going, fun attitude and you can catch her making coffee for a customer or baking a delicious dessert as well as managing. She is a Jill-of-all-trades here and helps to make 2tarts Bakery a great place to work and visit.

As our wedding consultant with a background in theater costume design and makeup artistry, Erin brings a flair for great design to the 2tarts wedding department. Not only do those years of experience provide for amazing wedding cake designs, but also makes Erin a supportive member of the couple’s wedding journey.
