Our Tart of the Month for September just happens to be the one and only Eric “Pop Tart” Weilbacher! Having been a part of the business since the very beginning, he’s seen and probably done it all. You might remember him from his days as a barista, slinging delicious coffee while playing only the best jazz music every morning. These days, he helps things run smoothly from behind the scenes, while still making the occasional appearance behind the counter.
His go-to bakery treat is the ever delightful flourless chocolate torte, while his standard drink is a pull of our espresso. The next time you see him, be sure to give the original Pop Tart a high five!
