Only the finest single origin beans are brewed for our customers, brewed to order. You will not find a big vat of coffee burning and spoiling throughout the day at 2tarts. Instead, we use an old fashioned American classic, the beautiful glass Chemex, and the modern Japanese Vario V60 by the Hario company to extract the prettiest cups of coffee you'll ever have.

Homegrown in Austin, Texas, Zhi Tea Company, is comprised of a few die-hard tea freaks, lovers of fine foods, and stewards of sustainable agriculture. Zhi hand-selects and blends the finest organic loose-leaf teas direct from Asia. All Zhi teas are hand picked and processed in small batches – fresh and flavorful. 2tarts is New Braunfels' exclusive carrier of Zhi's premium teas. Come by!

April Weilbacher and Ashley Williams are foodies, artists, and natives of New Braunfels, Texas.

With a mission to bring their community together through all things edible, these enthusiastic ladies are enjoying introducing world class desserts and pastries to their close-knit town. During her training at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Southern Ireland, Ashley learned the importance of using the freshest, purest ingredients. April has 2tarts Map Button extensive training in fine arts and is a braising master. Whether it be a formal wedding, a casual luncheon, or an late night snack, 2tarts is there for all occasions.

The art of the tart has been the cornerstone of European bakeries since the 13th century. 2tarts is preserving this obsession in the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Description

Creamy slices of French Camembert goat cheese overlap tomatoes with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs.
Creamy blue cheese and mascarpone tart, topped with a red wine reduction of caramelized onions.
Puff pastry dough creates a flaky foundation for mounds of sweet cherry tomatoes and smoky, yet salty Prosciutto cheese.
This northern French tart contains a sweet and creamy filling of leeks, slow cooked in butter.
Sautéed scallions and leeks dominate in this flaky crusted pie that utilizes tomato concasse as its’ base.
The name says it all.
Ripe strawberry glaze tops off this tart, as it begins with fresh almonds ground into a butter crust and filled with seasonal berries.
Flaky golden pastry filled with Medjool dates surrounded by vanilla bean custard that will have you sneaking back for more.
Tangy lemon curd is incased by a shortcrust pastry in this tart topped with homemade whipped cream.
Sensuality resounds throughout this decadent treat as sweet wafts of ripe figs and raw local honey purify and tantalize each of your senses.
Bursting with ripe cherries and ground almonds, this tart maintains simplicity, yet ends on lingering wisps of lemon zest.
Filled with a vanilla bean pastry cream, these short crust tarts are topped with an array of fresh raspberries, apricots and/or tangerines.
This buttery tart boasts golden Himalayan raisins, ricotta cheese, real vanilla, organic brown sugar, and hints of orange and lemon zest.
Classic French vanilla custard incased in a dark cocoa crust and topped off with a layer of flame torched sugar. Better leave room for dessert.
This Irish prepared Treacle tart is the ultimate comfort food, with such a soft, golden center of sweet buttery goodness.

We start with a sugar cookie and add in fresh lemon zest. Then we use our custom-created cutters & hand-pipe all of our designs. This guarantees that we can turn any idea you can imagine into edible works of art!
